Breaded Pineapple-cut squid are lightly dusted in a salt and pepper breading. It is say to fry and can be served with a variety of sauces for a classic appetizer with no prep work required.
They also make a delicious addition to seafood combination platters, or pile high on a brioche bun and top with a spicy remoulade for a Cajun-inspired calamari po’ boy sandwich.
